Return policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it,
- Unworn and unused,
- In its original packaging
To start a return, please contact us at presseaustralia@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Name on order
- Order date
- Item(s) you would like to return
- Reason for return
Please note that return requests are not confirmed until you have received a return confirmation number back from us via email. Items sent back to us without a confirmed return will not be accepted. Please note, due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns for change of mind due to hygiene reasons.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your return package. A return tracking number must be provided to us within 5 business days after the return has been approved.
We only accept returns that can be tracked (via any postal carrier), as we are not liable for returns that go missing. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Postage costs paid in the original order will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
In the unfortunate event you have received an incorrect or faulty product, we are terribly sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at presseaustralia@gmail.com with a photo of the product you received for our review, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return shipping fees are refundable on faulty or damaged product(s) only.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns for change of mind due to hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds/Credit notes
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When the returned item(s) have met all the return conditions, your store credit will be automatically applied on your account.
